Scion is approximately 6-10" in length and should be good for two grafts, depending on your method.

The R7T3 jujube comes from the collection of jujube trees grown at the Norris Dam Project in Norris Tennessee. The Norris Dam project jujube orchard is a historical site in eastern Tennessee where the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) conducted experimental tree crop research in the 1930s.

Cliff England conducted a multi year study on the TVA planting of jujube trees there and made notes about each specimen. Here is what he wrote about R7T3: "Alternating thorns ½ to ¾ inch long with hook and dagger, nearly no fruiting spurs. Small pointed at bottom end of fruit. Bland taste, early ripening, dries on tree."

The Norris Dam Project also produced the famous "Norris #1" jujube variety.
