Available in 1 cu yd Totes (~27 cu ft)

Each tote typically contains about 550 lb of dried rabbit manure. Actual weight can vary somewhat by batch.

Bulk rabbit manure is dried, unscreened and unsifted. It may contain some bedding material and fur. Ideal for composting, custom soil blends, or further processing and screening for retail packaging

Qualities:

  • Typical NPK Analysis (varies by batch): 2.01-2.27-1.28

  • pH: Slightly alkaline (typically 7.0–7.8)

Wholesale Pricing:

  • Bulk totes are quoted based on volume, season, and availability, but most commercial orders fall in the $790–$840 per-1-yard-tote range before freight.

Application:

  • Bulk rabbit manure is air-dried and naturally pelletized. It is not composted, pasteurized, sterilized, screened, or sifted. Small amounts of bedding material or fur may be present.

  • It is supplied as a bulk agricultural input for customers who will use it directly where appropriate or incorporate it into their own blending, composting, screening, or other processing systems.

  • Can be applied directly to soil without composting due to its low ammonia content and slow-release nutrients.

  • May need screening and sifting before use in retail products.

  • Soil blends: 5–15% by volume (e.g., 1–3 cubic ft per 20 cu ft blend)

  • Composting: ~1 part rabbit manure to 2–3 parts carbon

  • Field or bed application: 25–50 lbs per 100 sq ft, ~1,000–2,000 lbs/acre

  • Tree planting: 2–4 cups per tree hole, per 5-10 gallons of soil

  • Manure tea: 1 cup manure per 5 gallons water

Transport:

  • Orders ship palletized via commercial freight from Southeast Kansas.

  • Freight is quoted separately based on destination, quantity, delivery requirements, and available freight mode. Multi-tote shipments generally reduce transportation cost per tote.

Use Cases:

  • Flower farms

  • Market gardens

  • Compost systems

  • Regenerative fertility programs

Why Rabbit Manure?

Rabbit manure is one of the most efficient and user-friendly natural soil inputs available. Its pelletized form, nutrient balance, and low-risk handling make it uniquely suited for farms, nurseries, and soil-blending operations that need reliable fertility without the complications of traditional manures.

01

Safe to Apply (“Cold” Manure)

Unlike chicken or fresh livestock manure, rabbit manure does not burn plants or roots. It can be applied directly to soil, planting holes, or compost systems without requiring aging or composting first.

02

Higher Nitrogen, Slower Release

Rabbit manure provides more nitrogen than cow or horse manure, but releases nutrients more gently than poultry litter. This makes it ideal for orchards, market gardens, and soil blends that need steady fertility without volatility.

03

Clean, Low-Odor, Easy to Handle

The pelletized structure produces very little odor, dust, or mess. It stores cleanly, spreads evenly, and can be used in retail or indoor settings without the issues common to other manure products.

04

Ideal for Blending & Regenerative Systems

Rabbit manure integrates easily into compost, potting soil, bio-fertilizer blends, and regenerative fertility programs. Its consistency and biological activity support microbial life and long-term soil health.
