We ship all seed orders immediately throughout the year.

Potted plants ship from early March through October. When the weather dips to freezing temperatures, we stop shipping potted plants.

Bareroot trees and plants ship after dormancy, usually starting in November and stop sometime in December.

Scionwood ships in late winter from January through February.

Cuttings ship in the fall after the plants have gone dormant.

We do our best to combine all items into one shipment, and therefore may hold an order until all the items are ready to ship.

All of the above is subject to change depending on weather, but rest assured that we will get your order sent out as soon as it is safe to do so.

Returns
Because of the highly perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. They suffer too much being in transit for long periods. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or just want support and guidance, please feel free to reach out to us. We are happy to offer advice and assistance.

Please make sure you thoroughly research the items you are purchasing before placing an order. Once shipped, we cannot cancel an order.

We want you to be happy with the plants, seeds, cuttings and scionwood we send you. As a family-run nursery, we pride ourselves on great service and take care with every order we fulfill. If you have any issues with the items you receive, please reach out to us immediately.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we promise to only use it to keep you informed of events, sales and goings-on related to Mad Cat Farm. We will never to share your information with another business.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Sales tax is collected during the checkout process where it is required by state law.
